Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment and selection process by sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers
- Administer various HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, performance evaluations, and employee record management
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Provide support in employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, counseling, and disciplinary actions
- Handle employee inquiries and facilitate effective communication between employees and management
- Contribute to the development and delivery of HR training programs
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive work environment
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and industry trends
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in an HR role, preferably as an HR Assistant or HR Coordinator
- Sound knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and HRIS software
