Human Resources Executive Job Description

The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the HR department and supporting the HR team in various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process by sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers
  • Administer various HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, performance evaluations, and employee record management
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Provide support in employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, counseling, and disciplinary actions
  • Handle employee inquiries and facilitate effective communication between employees and management
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of HR training programs
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive work environment
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and industry trends

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in an HR role, preferably as an HR Assistant or HR Coordinator
  • Sound knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and HRIS software
