HR Recruiter Job Description
The HR Recruiter plays a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to meet the organization's hiring requirements. You will actively source candidates through different channels, conduct interviews, and evaluate the applicants' qualifications. Additionally, you will handle the entire recruitment process, from posting job advertisements to negotiating the job offers.
Responsibilities
- Partnering with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs and job requirements
- Sourcing potential candidates through online platforms, social media, and job boards
- Screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Conducting in-person or virtual interviews to evaluate applicants' qualifications
- Administering pre-employment assessments and reference checks
- Coordinating with hiring managers to schedule interviews and manage the hiring process
- Developing and maintaining a pool of qualified candidates for future job opportunities
- Tracking recruitment metrics and providing regular reports on the hiring process

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, including social media platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
