HR Recruiter Intern Job Description
As an HR Recruiter Intern, you will be responsible for assisting in the full-cycle recruitment process. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, and facilitate the offer process. Additionally, you will support various HR initiatives and projects to enhance recruitment strategies and processes.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and conducting interviews.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions.
- Source potential candidates using various channels, such as online job boards and social media.
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications.
- Support the offer process by conducting reference checks and assisting in negotiation discussions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job data in the applicant tracking system.
- Assist in organizing and attending career fairs and recruitment events.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to enhance talent acquisition strategies and processes.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interest in HR recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and other HR software is a plus.
