Health And Safety Engineer Job Description
As a Health and Safety Engineer, you will play a critical role in promoting and maintaining a safe work environment. You will be responsible for conducting safety inspections, assessing risks, and developing strategies to mitigate those risks. You will also be involved in providing training and education to employees on safety protocols and procedures. Additionally, you will be responsible for investigating accidents and incidents, analyzing data, and implementing corrective actions to prevent future incidents. Your strong attention to detail and knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations will be essential in this role.
Responsibilities
- Conduct safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and areas of non-compliance
- Develop and implement safety programs and policies to ensure a safe work environment

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field
- Certification in Occupational Health and Safety, such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH)
- Experience in developing and implementing safety programs and procedures
