Guest Relations Executive Job Description
As a Guest Relations Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for guests throughout their stay. You will greet guests upon arrival, check them in, and provide information about the hotel and its amenities. During their stay, you will be available to assist guests with any questions, concerns, or issues they may have. You will also coordinate with other departments to ensure guests' needs are met and any problems are resolved promptly. Additionally, you may be responsible for planning and organizing guest events or special requests.
Responsibilities
