Finance and Accounts Manager Job Description
As a Finance and Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring financial health, preparing and analyzing financial reports, managing budgets, and overseeing accounting operations. You will play a crucial role in driving financial strategy and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities
- Manage all accounting operations including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
- Develop and monitor budgets, financial plans, and forecasts
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting principles
- Implement financial best practices and processes
- Manage cash flow and financial risk
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA or CMA certification preferred
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
