Field Services Engineer Job Description

As a Field Services Engineer, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers in the field. You will travel to customer sites to install, maintain, and repair our products, as well as provide training and support. You will work closely with our sales and engineering teams to ensure customer satisfaction and to identify opportunities for product and service improvements. Additionally, you will document and report customer issues, resolutions, and feedback to help improve product performance and reliability.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers in the field
  • Install, maintain, and repair our products at customer sites
  • Conduct training sessions for customers on product usage and best practices
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and malfunctions
  • Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications
