Executive Administrative Assistant Job Description
As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will be the right-hand person to executives, ensuring their schedules are organized, meetings are well-prepared for, and documents are accurately maintained. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive's office and act as a liaison between executives and other team members.
Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Organize and coordinate executive events and meetings
- Manage and prioritize incoming communication (emails, calls, letters)
