Executive Administration Job Description

The Executive Administration role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments for executives

  • Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation

Qualifications

  • Several years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role
