Responsibilities
- Conduct ergonomic assessments of workspaces and equipment
- Recommend ergonomic improvements to enhance comfort and productivity
- Develop and implement ergonomic training programs for employees
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to incorporate ergonomic principles into product development
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in ergonomics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Ergonomics, Occupational Health, or related field
- Certification in Ergonomics (CPE) preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
