Customer Service Representative fresher Job Description

In this role, you will be the main point of contact for customers and will represent the company in a professional and courteous manner. You will handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide information about products and services. You will also be responsible for processing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues or concerns that customers may have.
