Computer Support Specialist Job Description

As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, installing and maintaining computer systems and applications, and providing technical support to end-users. You will also assist in developing and implementing IT policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and system security.
