As a Client Supervisor/Senior Executive, you will be the main point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships. You will be responsible for understanding and assessing client needs, resolving any issues or concerns, and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance their experience. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
