As a Business Process Outsourcing Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving operational efficiency, cost savings, and ensuring excellent service delivery to our clients. You will be responsible for identifying and implementing outsourcing opportunities, managing vendor relationships, developing and monitoring performance metrics, and driving continuous process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Developing and driving the overall business process outsourcing strategy.
- Identifying outsourcing opportunities and evaluating vendor capabilities.
- Managing vendor relationships, contracts, and performance.
- Developing and implementing performance metrics and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Monitoring and analyzing performance data to drive process improvement.

Qualifications

- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive process improvement.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Experience in managing risks and resolving issues.
- Certifications in project management or outsourcing would be a plus.
