Business Development Executives Job Description
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and achieving sales targets. You will be responsible for researching and identifying new business opportunities, contacting and meeting potential clients, presenting our products/services, and negotiating and closing deals. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and requirements, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities through market analysis, lead generation, and cold calling
- Contact and meet potential clients to understand their needs, conduct product/service presentations, and negotiate and close deals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to maximize customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective sales strategies, promotional materials, and pricing proposals
- Stay updated with industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, increase revenue, and contribute to the growth of the company
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar sales role
- Strong knowledge of market research and lead generation techniques
