The Benchsales Recruiter plays a critical role in maintaining a strong bench of candidates who are readily available for client projects. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and screening potential candidates, as well as managing their profiles and availability. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as you will be in constant contact with candidates and stakeholders within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Source and screen potential candidates for bench positions

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Benchsales Recruiter or similar role
- Knowledge of the IT consulting industry and bench recruiting processes
- Familiarity with various sourcing channels and techniques
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
