  • One‑click attach – Recruiters pick the template while adding the calendar invite and mark the interviewers - so they can provide feedback.

  • Embedded call recording – Interviewers can replay the meeting right inside the form for context while responding to the feedback form.

  • Instant visibility – Recruiter receives instant email notification, and the submitted form drops into the candidate profile next to the interview event.

How it works

Design the template (Admin)
  • Title, description, sections (e.g., Technical depth, Collaboration).
  • Mix of customisable MCQ questions and open answers.
  • Save to make it available for everyone.
Schedule the interview (Recruiter)
  • Open Schedule event in the candidate profile.
  • Choose a template — preview it if needed.
  • Add guests and mark at least one as Interviewer.
Provide feedback (Interviewer)
  • Gets a link via email right at the start of the interview.
  • Sees the recording on top (if available); can scrub through before answering.
  • Can save draft or submit in one go.
Review and act (Recruiter)
  • Recruiter receives an email as soon as feedback is submitted.
  • Feedback response and rating summary are stored under the interview event.
