Why we built Auto-Fetch
Hiring teams told us that great candidates lurking in their existing talent pool often get rediscovered too late. Recruiters lose precious time copying job details, running manual searches, and sending invites. We wanted to collapse that work into a single click so you can start every job with a shortlist already in hand.
What it does
Auto-Fetch automatically scans your private talent pool the moment a new job is posted, matches the most relevant profiles, and presents them in a Fetched list next inside the job.

How it works
- Post a job as usual
- Watch the Auto-Fetch button on the left - it turns to Fetched when results are ready (we also send you an email once fetching is complete)
- Review the curated profiles
- Track invited candidates - they appear in your pipeline and you receive an email notification once a candidate has applied.
