Why we built this
We obsess over surfacing the right candidates up top. Asking the right questions early gives recruiters strong signaling and keeps downstream steps smooth. Instead of writing every question yourself, we wanted to hand you high quality recommendations.
What it is
Inside the job post flow, the Screening Questions step now shows an AI-powered list of questions tailored to your role. Browse them, add the ones you like, or tap Generate more for fresh ideas. We currently support numeric, yes/no and text questions. Because we have loads of org context, our engine can suggest surprisingly precise questions rather than generic ones. That depth of context is what makes the list feel curated and immediately useful.
How it works
- Fill out your job details as usual.
- On the Screening Questions page we read the full job context and instantly recommend the most relevant questions.
- Numeric and yes/no questions come with an ideal response so we can filter candidates automatically. Edit any value on the spot or later in the job.
- Post the job. Candidates see the selected questions while applying and their answers feed straight into your filters, letting you shortlist faster.
