Account Specialist Job Description
As an Account Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing existing client accounts. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions to meet their business goals. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of products and services, as well as identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
