Job Specification:

• Ensuring all candidates are compliant to the relevant level, pre-placement

• Dispatching welcome packs to new registrants 

• Following up and responding to registration queries

• Auditing candidate’s registration documents for compliance

• Arranging and validating candidate’s training

• Checking Right to Work documents, DBS certificates etc. of new candidates

• Chasing candidates via email phone calls and texts to obtain documents

• Chasing referees for new candidate references

• Using the database to upload documents to worker profiles

• Providing overall support to senior members in the compliance team
