Job Specification: •	Ensuring all candidates are compliant to the relevant level, pre-placement•	Dispatching welcome packs to new registrants&nbsp;•	Following up and responding to registration queries•	Auditing candidate’s registration documents for compliance•	Arranging and validating candidate’s training•	Checking Right to Work documents, DBS certificates etc. of new candidates•	Chasing candidates via email phone calls and texts to obtain documents•	Chasing referees for new candidate references•	Using the database to upload documents to worker profiles•	Providing overall support to senior members in the compliance team
