Roles and Responsibilities

• Supervise proper shift allocations for Warehouse staff
• Ensure efficiency of all Warehouse operations
• Assigning tasks and targets to the working staff
• Supervising proper shift allocations and ensuring efficiency of all Warehouse staff
• Managing inventory monitoring cycle counts and conducting audits to validate results
• Addressing Store and Vendor issues to concerned departments
• Physical Verification of High Value items on daily basis to control shrinkage as per company norms.
• Generating MIS reports like Price variation, Non-moving stock, More than 30 days’ stocks, Fast Moving, Slow moving, Defective Stock etc. Updating the same to concern departments.
• Managing the inventory monitoring cycle counts and conducting audits of Same to Validate results.
• Cross checking DC monthly bills of outstanding dues, transportation, & security before submitting to the commercial department Coordinating with operations, purchase and commercial department regularly.
• Addressing Store Issues and Vendor Issues to concern departments.
