Job Overview
We are seeking a Program Advisor to join our full-time team in Kalyan, Badlapur, or Ambernath locations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and will play a crucial role in advising students on our educational programs. The position requires effective communication skills and a proactive mindset to engage with prospective students, guiding them in their academic pursuits.
Qualifications and Skills
- Career Counseling (Mandatory skill): Demonstrated expertise in career guidance to assist students in making informed educational decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM Software: Experience in using CRM tools to manage interactions with students and track progress efficiently.
- Strong counseling skills: Ability to understand students' needs and provide tailored program recommendations to meet their career goals.
- Experience in Cold Calling: Comfortable and effective at reaching out to potential students via phone to foster relationships.
- Sales acumen: Proven ability to meet or exceed enrollment goals by effectively marketing educational programs to prospective students.
- Marketing skills: Capability to strategize and implement marketing plans to increase student enrollment and program awareness.
- Proficiency in Excel: Ability to use Excel for managing data, producing reports, and analyzing enrollment trends to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills: Articulate ideas clearly and persuasively in both written and verbal forms, ensuring strong relationships with students.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide expert career counseling to assist students in selecting appropriate programs aligned with their career ambitions.
- Utilize CRM Software to maintain accurate records of student interactions and manage the admission process efficiently.
- Conduct cold calls to potential students, introducing them to Bilivin's educational offerings and converting them into program enrollees.
- Drive sales efforts by reaching out to potential clients, outlining benefits of programs, and persuading them to enroll.
- Implement strategic marketing initiatives to enhance program visibility and increase enrollment numbers.
- Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets to evaluate and report on program interest and enrollment metrics.
- Collaborate with the academic team to align student profiles with available program offerings for optimal outcomes.
- Provide continuous support and guidance to students throughout their enrollment journey, ensuring a seamless experience.
