Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Executive with over 1 year of hands-on experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of digital marketing strategies, content creation, and a strong proficiency in video editing and using design tools such as Canva. You will play a key role in driving our online presence, crafting engaging content, and executing effective campaigns across multiple digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Campaigns:
Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, etc.).
Monitor and analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize results.
Content Creation & Social Media Management:
Design and create engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Craft video content and promotional materials for digital channels.
Manage daily social media posts, including engaging with followers and responding to inquiries.
Video Editing & Graphic Design:
Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media, YouTube, website, and other marketing channels.
Use Canva and other design tools to create visually appealing graphics, banners, and marketing materials.
SEO & SEM:
Assist in on-page and off-page SEO activities to drive organic traffic to the website.
Run Google Ads and other paid campaigns to enhance online visibility.
Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor digital marketing KPIs using Google Analytics, social media insights, and other tracking tools.
Provide regular reports on digital marketing activities and suggest improvements.
Collaboration & Strategy:
Work closely with the marketing team to align strategies with overall business goals.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to implement innovative strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: At least 1+ years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
Skills:
Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
Strong skills in Canva and other graphic design tools for creating visually appealing content.
Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and paid marketing platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Technical Skills:
Understanding of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media ad platforms.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Experience with influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or e-commerce is a plus.
