**Job Description:**

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Officer with a minimum of one year of experience in the cosmetic industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general trade sales and a passion for beauty products, including hair care and skin care. The Sales Officer will play a key role in driving sales and expanding our market presence.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Market Penetration:**

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.

- Identify and establish new business opportunities in the general trade sector.

2. **Client Management:**

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

- Conduct regular visits to retailers, distributors, and other stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.

3. **Sales Execution:**

- Execute sales plans and promotional activities to drive product awareness and increase sales.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance, and provide regular reports to management.

4. **Product Knowledge:**

- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the cosmetic, hair care, and skin care industry.

- Educate clients on product features, benefits, and usage to ensure product efficacy and customer satisfaction.

5. **Market Research:**

- Conduct market research to identify consumer needs, preferences, and competitive landscape.

- Provide feedback and insights to the product development and marketing teams.

**Qualifications:**

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales within the cosmetic industry.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

- Strong understanding of the general trade sales process.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
