6. Network Diagnostic Tools (Packet Sniffing, Performance Monitoring)
7. Scripting Knowledge (Perl, Python, Shell)
8. Field Deployment And Debugging
9. Bandwidth Management
10. Troubleshooting And RCA Analysis

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Designing, configuring, implementing, and maintaining dynamic and complex networks. Good command over top routers, switches, and firewalls with proactive security processes.
2. Proactively monitor client networks and resolve issues as per the committed SLAs. Ensuring network best practices are implemented during deployments, audits, and network documentation.
3. Working with Customer Success team to ensure maximum customer satisfaction in minimum time & transparently sharing the RCA of each issue.
4. Managing and mentoring existing Network Engineering Team and channel partners across the globe.
5. Procuring network equipment and managing subcontractors involved with network installation.
6. Ready to get his hands directly in field visits for deployment & debugging.
