Job Description:
We are looking for dynamic Customer Support Executive to join our team in Gurgaon. This role will focus on managing customer onboarding, addressing client escalations, gathering feedback, and supporting customer success initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and technical background.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer queries via calls and emails ensuring timely resolutions and client satisfaction.
• Build strong relationships with clients by providing proactive support and addressing their needs efficiently.
• Utilize customer support tools to manage escalations, track queries, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical challenges and escalate complex issues when required.
• Regularly collect customer feedback to identify improvement areas and drive customer support.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer relationship management, client servicing, or technical support roles preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in using customer support or CRM tools for managing client relationships.
- A background in tech support, networking, or cybersecurity is bonus.
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
