About the Role - STEM Curriculum Manager A STEM curriculum Manager is responsible for leading the STEM content team towards ensuring a product that meets the needs of the students we service and is inline with the impact we want to create. STEM is the future and at BeyondSkool we want to be able to deliver that to all our students. Job Responsibilities New Product Design: ● Enhancing the current BeyondSkool product to make it richer and more impactful. ● Creating new products which allows BeyondSkool to expand it's reach. Curriculum Design: ● Researching what is new in the STEM space, and having new product ideas which you believe will work for students in the K-12 space. ● Working to amalgamate kits, books and lessons to ensure the best learning experience for offline STEM courses for students. Module & Lesson Creation and Review: ● Review of lessons created by the STEM curriculum development team ● Conducting research and collaborating with educators, subject experts, and other professionals to develop quality curricula and learning resources. ● Working towards constantly raising the quality standards of overall curriculum ● Keeping a track of timelines and output on a regular basis ● Collaborating with other writers, graphic designers, and web designers to create new learning resources. ● Collecting feedback from students, teachers, and clients. Teaching: ● Supporting on trial / demo sessions as and when needed ● Supporting on regular classes, whenever necessary Qualifications: ● Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (Engineering, BSc IT or something on the same lines) ● Master’s degree or BEd is a plus Experience: ● 1 - 2 years of experience in teaching STEM in reputed schools - international and/or CBSE. ● 2-3 years of experience in creating content for STEM for Robotics, Electronics, AI & ML. ● Have worked in creating an envisioning STEM Labs & STEM Kits.
