About the Role - Program Manager BeyondSkool provides a full service solution to all it’s partner schools and therefore Program and Delivery becomes one of it’s most critical functions. A Program Manager at BeyondSkool becomes a very crucial role which works towards ensuring that the schools they have been allocated are creating impact in the students who study there so that ALL students are growing and upskilling. Through rigorous training of the Teaching Fellows, maintaining relationships with the school team and constantly tracking student impact - this can be a very dynamic and challenging opportunity.

Job Responsibilities

● Ensure Retention and Impact in all the partner schools they are allocated.

● Ensures that student impact is being created and demonstrated to all stakeholders (principal, parents)

● Ensure that daily operations - Teaching Fellows in all our classrooms, assessments taken on time, is met.

● Monitor program performance metrics, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement to enhance program outcomes and student satisfaction for their schools. Qualifications and Requirements 1. A bachelor's degree in any field is required. A master’s degree is a plus. 2. The candidate needs to have worked in a school academic set up for at least 1-3 years. 3. If the candidate also has experience in the non-school academic space for 1-2 years it is a bonus. 4. The candidate should be between 26 - 35 years of age.
