Job Overview
As a Presales Manager at Beyondskool, you will be stationed at our Mumbai headquarters, playing a pivotal role in driving our growth. Roles and Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote Beyondskool's educational offerings.
- Engage prospective customers by clearly explaining company products and services, ensuring a comprehensive understanding.
- Identify customer needs through active listening and recommend appropriate solutions to fulfill their requirements.
- Address customer queries, provide information, and resolve issues to enhance satisfaction and foster trust.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and lead generation targets to support company growth.
- Accurately record and maintain customer information in the database to ensure seamless communication and follow-up.
- Consistently follow up with leads and prospects to ensure timely communication and advance them through the sales funnel.
- Maintain a professional and courteous tone in all communications to represent Beyondskool positively.
- Achieve high customer satisfaction levels and build long-term relationships to foster loyalty and referrals.
- Coordinate with the sales or support team to deliver seamless service and maximize client satisfaction.
