As a Digital Performance Marketer, you will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. You will work across multiple digital platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other paid media channels, leveraging data-driven insights to improve campaign performance. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, creativity, and a deep understanding of digital advertising to maximize ROI and scale marketing efforts effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns across digital platforms to achieve business objectives.
🔹 Budget & Bidding Optimization: Manage ad budgets, optimize bidding strategies, and ensure efficient allocation of resources for maximum return on investment.
🔹 Data Analysis & Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA, etc.), analyze trends, and generate insights to refine strategies.
🔹 A/B Testing & Experimentation: Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to enhance campaign effectiveness.
🔹 Audience Targeting & Segmentation: Utilize advanced audience targeting techniques, including remarketing, lookalike audiences, and interest-based segmentation.
🔹 SEO & Landing Page Optimization: Collaborate with content and design teams to optimize landing pages and improve conversion rates.
🔹 Reporting & Insights: Develop comprehensive performance reports, share key takeaways, and recommend actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
🔹 Industry Trends & Innovation: Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, ad platform updates, and best practices to drive innovation in performance marketing strategies.
Requirements:
✅ Education: Bachelor's/master's degree in marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
✅ Experience: 4-5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, paid media & digital advertising.
