Job Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled MIS Manager with a strong understanding of Salesforce (SFDC) and other CRM (ERP) and software tools commonly used in the real estate sector. This role will manage the information systems and technology infrastructure to support the company's real estate operations, enabling financial and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have experience working with various CRM platforms, real estate management software, and data analytics tools to ensure smooth operations and enhance business intelligence. Key Responsibilities:<ol><li>MIS System Management:</li></ol><ul><li class="ql-indent-1">Oversee the operation and development of real estate-specific MIS systems.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Ensure the accuracy and consistency of real estate data, focusing on CRM and operational tools like SFDC, ERP, Microsoft Excel, and Google Spreadsheet.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track performance metrics across different real estate projects.</li></ul><ol><li>CRM &amp; Software Integration:</li></ol><ul><li class="ql-indent-1">Ensure seamless integration of CRM platforms (SFDC, ERP) with other real estate systems like property management software (Advance Excel), accounting platforms and other business intelligence tools.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Provide technical leadership and troubleshooting for CRM software, ensuring efficient use across the organization.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Coordinate between sales, marketing, and property management teams to align CRM usage with operational needs.</li></ul><ol><li>Data Management &amp; Analysis:</li></ol><ul><li class="ql-indent-1">Manage and analyse large volumes of data from real estate operations, including sales, transactions, market trends, project performance, and customer insights.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Leverage CRM systems like SFDC and other analytics tools to produce financial forecasts, scenario planning, and business intelligence.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Identify opportunities for operational improvements and efficiency based on CRM and software data insights.</li></ul><ol><li>Reporting &amp; Business Intelligence:</li></ol><ul><li class="ql-indent-1">Develop customized reports and dashboards within SFDC and other CRM platforms to track sales performance, customer engagement, and real estate project progress.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Present actionable insights to senior management based on CRM data, customer relationships, market trends, and project profitability.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Create data visualizations and business intelligence reports using SFDC, Advance Excel, Google Spreadsheet (Looker Studio) and other visualization tools.</li></ul><ol><li>System Optimization &amp; Innovation:</li></ol><ul><li class="ql-indent-1">Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing MIS and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, ERP, etc.) to better align with business needs.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Stay updated with the latest technology trends in CRM, property management, and data analytics tools, ensuring the company’s software tools remain competitive and efficient.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure the scalability, security, and performance of real estate MIS systems.</li></ul><ol><li>Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:</li></ol><ul><li class="ql-indent-1">Work closely with the sales, marketing, finance, and property management teams to ensure alignment of CRM systems and data across departments.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Support team members with system-related inquiries and provide training for enhanced CRM adoption.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Ensure CRM and operational data is leveraged to its full potential to inform decision-making.</li></ul><ol><li>Compliance &amp; Documentation:</li></ol><ul><li class="ql-indent-1">Ensure data management processes adhere to relevant regulatory standards and company policies.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Maintain proper documentation for all CRM and software processes, system configurations, and user guides.</li></ul> Qualifications:<ul><li>Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
