Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Purchase Specialist for a full-time executive position at our Rajkot headquarters. The candidate must have 10 to 30 years of work experience in procurement, specifically in contract negotiation and strategic sourcing. The role demands proficiency with e-procurement software and offers the opportunity to contribute to Brand Brigade's growth and success in the marketing services sector.
Qualifications and Skills
- Contract Negotiation (Mandatory skill): Proven expertise in negotiating contracts to achieve the best prices and terms while managing supplier relationships for mutual benefit.
- E-procurement Software (Mandatory skill): Advanced proficiency in e-procurement platforms to streamline purchasing processes and improve cost efficiency.
- Strategic Sourcing (Mandatory skill): Ability to develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize the company's procurement procedures.
- SAP: Familiarity with SAP systems for managing procurement and achieving operational efficiency in purchasing functions.
- Oracle Procurement Cloud: Experience in using Oracle's cloud solutions to automate procurement tasks and improve supplier collaboration.
- Supplier Relationship Management: Capable of maintaining positive supplier relationships to ensure high-quality supply and service continuity.
- Spend Analysis Tools: Knowledgeable in analyzing spending patterns to identify cost-saving opportunities and enhance procurement strategies.
- Microsoft Excel: Strong competence in using Excel for data analysis, reporting, and management of procurement spreadsheets.
