Job Overview

We are looking for a mid-level Human Resources professional to join our team at Brand Brigade Marketing Pvt Ltd. in Rajkot. This full-time role requires 4 to 6 years of work experience in HR, focusing on managing employee relations, talent acquisition, and performance management among other areas. Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on mid-level HR practices and employee management.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) for effective and efficient HR operations management (Mandatory skill).
  • Expertise in talent acquisition to attract, recruit, and onboard top talent effectively (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong experience in performance management to align employee goals with company objectives (Mandatory skill).
  • Solid understanding of employee relations principles and practices to foster a positive workplace environment.
  • Familiarity with compensation and benefits structures to manage employee compensation packages effectively.
  • Competence in HR analytics to analyze data and improve workforce effectiveness.
  • Ability to design and implement diversity and inclusion programs to promote a diverse workplace.
  • Knowledge of labor law compliance to ensure all policies align with legal requirements.
