Job Overview

B B Banthia Finance Pvt Ltd. is seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant to join our team as a fresher. The ideal candidate will assist the Managing Director in managing the executive's schedule and contributing to the efficient operation of the financial services team. This full-time position requires 0-1 years of work experience and is based at our headquarters in Panvel.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven proficiency in calendar management to efficiently organize and track important meetings and appointments.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, for effective document creation and management.
  • Ability to manage various documents accurately, ensuring proper organization and ease of access when required.
  • Proficiency in scheduling meetings, ensuring that all necessary stakeholders are informed and prepared in advance.
  • Competence in coordinating travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Experience in stakeholder management to facilitate seamless communication between executives and other departments or clients.
  • Detailed understanding of policy compliance to ensure all administrative actions adhere to company guidelines.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Managing Director, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective time management.
  • Manage and organize the executive's calendar, promptly scheduling meetings and appointments as required.
  • Assist in preparing documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office tools for executive meetings.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for executives, handling logistics and itineraries efficiently.
  • Facilitate communication between executives and various stakeholders to ensure timely information flow.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative tasks and documentation.
  • Support executives in managing confidential information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by executives to support the operational objectives of the company.
