Position Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive business development efforts focused on acquiring and managing government clients (central, state, PSU, defense, etc.) for IT and digital solutions.
• Identify, pursue, and convert tender/RFP/RFQ opportunities related to software development, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and SaaS-based solutions.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers in ministries, government departments, and procurement boards.
• Prepare customized pitches, techno-commercial proposals, presentations, and pricing models.
• Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Tech, and Compliance teams to ensure timely submissions and solution alignment.
• Track tender portals (eProcurement, GeM, CPP, etc.) and maintain a funnel of live and upcoming opportunities.
• Maintain documentation and compliance needed for government bidding processes (e.g., EMD, PBG, certifications).
• Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets of ₹20–25 Lakhs from government and enterprise accounts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4–8 years of business development experience in IT, with mandatory exposure to government clients
• Proven success in handling e-tenders, RFPs, and long sales cycles
• Strong network in government sectors and a clear understanding of procurement processes
• Excellent verbal & written communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in English
• Familiarity with tools like GeM, CPP Portal, and CRM software
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/IT/Engineering (MBA preferred)
