1) Prior experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Consultant or a similar role.
2) Hands-on experience with candidate sourcing and evaluation
3) Sourcing candidates from various social media channels, online platforms & job portals.
4) Preparing recruitment plans on an annual and quarterly basis
5) Liaise with hiring managers to understand each position’s expectations
6) Sound knowledge of candidate sourcing as well as evaluation techniques
7) Reviewing job applications for identifying high-potential and promising candidates
8) Familiarity with job boards, resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems
9) Liaising with Hiring Managers for understanding the requirements for each position
