RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinate and manage project resources (internal teams, vendors, contractors) to optimize task completion and ensure timely progress.

Monitor project advancement, measure performance indicators, and provide stakeholders with updates and recommendations for corrective actions.

Travel to project sites to supervise activities and provide on-site assistance as needed.

Ensure compliance with quality assurance practices, change control protocols, and project governance processes.

Facilitate ongoing process development through project reviews and lessons-learned sessions. Foster collaboration and communication among project team members through meetings and discussions.

Supervise implementation and upkeep of project management tools, methodologies, and best practices. Oversee the complete lifecycle of Audio Visual and Collaboration initiatives, from planning to closure.

Establish project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders.

Develop comprehensive project plans, work structures, and schedules, identifying critical milestones and resource needs.

Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and formulate mitigation strategies to oversee project risks.

Maintain strong customer relationships to enhance service quality and satisfaction.

Keep accurate records of project status and activities using project management tools.

Raise awareness promptly to management regarding potential financial impacts on assigned projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in a related field. Proven experience typically 5 years in project management, particularly in Audio Visual.

Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management. Knowledge of Audio Visual technologies and solutions (e.g., video conferencing systems, digital signage, collaboration platforms).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to engage and manage stakeholders at various levels.
