Job Title: Backend Enquiry Management and Order Processing Specialist (Inside

Sales)

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our inside sales team in the role of Backend Enquiry Management and Order Processing Specialist. This position is responsible for handling incoming enquiries, managing the order process, and providing support to our sales team to ensure efficient and effective customer service.


Responsibilities:

1. Enquiry Management & Follow-ups:

• Receive and review incoming enquiries from customers via email, phone, or online platforms.

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing accurate product information, pricing details, and availability.

• Coordinate with the sales team to gather additional information or specifications required to prepare quotations and proposals.

2. Order Processing:

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are entered correctly into the system.

• Coordinate with various internal departments, including production, logistics, and finance, to ensure timely processing and fulfillment of orders.

• Generate order confirmations, invoices, and other relevant documentation for customers.

3. Customer Support:

• Serve as a point of contact for customers regarding order status, shipment tracking, and any other inquiries or concerns.

• Provide ongoing support to the sales team, assisting with order follow-up, customer communication, and resolution of issues.

4. Administrative Tasks:

• Maintain organized records of customer enquiries, orders, and communications in the company's CRM system or database.

• Prepare regular reports on enquiry status, order processing metrics, and customer feedback for management review.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or related field.

Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with 2-3 years of experience are encouraged to apply.


Required Skills:

• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.

• Proficiency in email writing and correspondence etiquette.

• Knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus.

• Proficient in strong negotiations, continues follow-up

• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple enquiries and orders simultaneously.
