Conducting initial interviews & arranging final interviews with HODs.

Taking care of Negotiation & Offer Process,

Joining formalities of employees.

Maintenance of Database

Preparing Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, any change in letters If required etc..

Conducting the Induction of New Joinees

Master Data base file update

Creating employee ID, Co-coordinating with Admin for ID & Access Cards issuing, Visiting Cards etc.

Review of Induction and Training after 1 week

Review of 1 month

Review of 3 months

Grievances of employees till 3 month. ( Upto 3rd Month Review)

Preparation of own hiring list and attrition rate ( Back out) of own hiring.

Form 11 and other joining docs

Dept wise growth chart

Arrange Training and related activities including Hotel booking etc

Bank Account opening of new joinees

Scanning of all Documents of Candidate
