Job Description :
- Taking care of internal sales coordination.
- Close Coordination with Sales Field Team (SFT) on daily basis on their daily activities, check their DSR for further actions on work expedition. Giving complete backend support to SFT for all their pre-post sales activities to achieve their individual and overall group targets.
- Understanding Enquiry & Scrutiny.
- Technical Clarification with client / SFT.
- Coordination with Technical Team for BOQ & Technical compliance, take complete techno-commercial solution to prepare quote.
- Preparing and sharing Techno-commercial offer along with TDS, MAF, necessary certifications and credentials as requested in RFQ / Project specs / Tender documents.
- Registering and updating enquiry forms/mails, Quotations in SAP.
- 1st Follow up (Acknowledge of quotation), regular follow up to customers / SFTs for order closing.
- Revision Quotation Follow up for confirmed Purchase Order received & scrutinizes PO in comparison to terms on which order was closed.
- Order Booking in SAP & attach all relevant documents. Fill CF; circulate order to all concern departments.
- Payment follow up with client as per terms. Send Proforma Invoice. Intimate commercials and take confirmation of payment receipt.
- To coordinate with Accounts team for Billing and EXIM team for dispatches. Sharing dispatch details with client.
- To coordinate with Technical/Projects/Installation team for site visits, drawing approvals, on time dispatches
- Daily / Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly Sales MIS, Value wise reports, etc.
- Monthly attendance submission of SFTs to HR.
- Data Management.
