Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their needs and preferences for buying or selling property.
  • Property Listings: Create and update property listings, ensuring that they are accurate, up-to-date, and appealing to potential buyers.
  • Market Research: Conduct market analysis to determine competitive pricing, and advise clients on the best market opportunities.
  • Property Showings: Schedule and conduct property tours for buyers and renters, showcasing the benefits and features of properties.
  • Negotiation: Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers, working to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Contract Preparation: Assist in preparing sales contracts, offer letters, and other necessary documentation for property transactions.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, offering advice, and guiding clients through the buying/selling process.
  • Lead Generation: Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, social media, and other marketing strategies to expand your client base.
  • Marketing: Assist in creating promotional materials such as flyers, online listings, and advertisements to market properties effectively.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all transactions comply with local real estate laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, real estate, or a related field.
  • Active real estate license (specific to state/country regulations).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using real estate software and online platforms.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
  • Self-driven with a strong desire to succeed.
