Job Title: Senior Executive – HR

Location: Delhi (RK Puram , Rangpuri)

Department: Human Resources

Reports To: HR Manager / Head HR

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Executive – HR to manage and oversee key HR functions, including Payroll Management, Recruitment, Statutory Compliance (PF & ESIC), e-Challan Generation, and Attendance Management. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR operations and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Payroll Management:

  • End-to-end monthly payroll processing.
  • Maintain salary structure and ensure timely disbursement.
  • Manage salary deductions, leaves, arrears, bonuses, and reimbursements.
  • Resolve payroll-related employee queries.

2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

  • Source and screen candidates for various roles.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Issue offer letters and appointment letters.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and databases.

3. Statutory Compliance (PF, ESIC):

  • Calculate and manage PF and ESIC deductions as per statutory norms.
  • Prepare and generate e-Challans for PF and ESIC.
  • Liaise with consultants/government portals for timely filing.

4. Attendance & Leave Management:

  • Monitor daily attendance and maintain leave records.
  • Coordinate with departments to track absenteeism and overtime.
  • Ensure accurate data integration for payroll.

5. Documentation & Reporting:

  • Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR files.
  • Prepare HR MIS reports on payroll, attendance, and recruitment.
  • Assist in audits and compliance inspections.


Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR / Commerce / Business Administration.
  • 3–5 years of experience in core HR functions.
  • Hands-on experience in payroll software (e.g., GreytHR, Spine, etc.).
  • Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.).
  • Good knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity).
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
