Job Title: Senior Executive – HR
Location: Delhi (RK Puram , Rangpuri)
Department: Human Resources
Reports To: HR Manager / Head HR
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Executive – HR to manage and oversee key HR functions, including Payroll Management, Recruitment, Statutory Compliance (PF & ESIC), e-Challan Generation, and Attendance Management. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR operations and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Payroll Management:
- End-to-end monthly payroll processing.
- Maintain salary structure and ensure timely disbursement.
- Manage salary deductions, leaves, arrears, bonuses, and reimbursements.
- Resolve payroll-related employee queries.
2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Source and screen candidates for various roles.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Issue offer letters and appointment letters.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and databases.
3. Statutory Compliance (PF, ESIC):
- Calculate and manage PF and ESIC deductions as per statutory norms.
- Prepare and generate e-Challans for PF and ESIC.
- Liaise with consultants/government portals for timely filing.
4. Attendance & Leave Management:
- Monitor daily attendance and maintain leave records.
- Coordinate with departments to track absenteeism and overtime.
- Ensure accurate data integration for payroll.
5. Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR files.
- Prepare HR MIS reports on payroll, attendance, and recruitment.
- Assist in audits and compliance inspections.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR / Commerce / Business Administration.
- 3–5 years of experience in core HR functions.
- Hands-on experience in payroll software (e.g., GreytHR, Spine, etc.).
- Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.).
- Good knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity).
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
