Job Overview

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team at AutoJagat. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling customer inquiries, and generating leads. This is a full-time position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, and requires 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 1 to 3 years of experience as a Telecaller or in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and the local language
  • Good phone etiquette and persuasive skills
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues
  • Familiarity with the automotive industry and its aftermarket services is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our automotive services
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about the services we offer
  • Generate leads by identifying potential customers and their needs
  • Maintain a database of customer information and update it regularly
  • Follow up with potential customers through phone calls and emails
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Provide feedback to the management team on customer preferences and market trends
