Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Telesales Executive to join our team in Chennai. This is a full-time position ideal for freshers with work experience ranging from 0 to 1 year. The role involves engaging with customers over the phone, providing them with information about our auction properties, and driving sales growth.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in CRM software to manage customer relationships and track sales initiatives effectively.
  • Strong aptitude for cold calling techniques, with the ability to initiate conversations and secure interest.
  • Excellent skills in sales pitch development to present offerings compellingly and persuasively to potential clients.
  • Highly effective active listening skills to understand customer needs and tailor responses accordingly.
  • Ability to handle objections convincingly, turning potential rejections into sales opportunities.
  • Salesforce (Mandatory skill): Expertise in using Salesforce to manage and optimize sales processes is required.
  • Negotiation skills (Mandatory skill) to reach mutually beneficial agreements with clients and close deals.
  • Convincing skills (Mandatory skill) to persuade potential buyers about the value of our auction properties.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Engage proactively with potential clients via telephone calls to promote Auction Ghar's properties and services.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend properties that match their investment criteria and preferences.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of our property listings and the auction process to inform and educate clients.
  • Utilize CRM software to monitor and report on customer interactions, ensuring a personalized sales approach.
  • Develop and deliver tailored sales pitches that effectively communicate the benefits of investing in auction properties.
  • Overcome customer objections with confidence, providing clear and informed responses to increase chances of successful sales.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to brainstorm new ways to capture potential leads and enhance customer engagement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies and achieve targets.
