Role Description: It is a national role for promoting the sale of IT Infrastructure Management Services (IMS) to corporate clients through regional sales teams stationed across the country.
Reports to - CEO
Experience: A suitable candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience out of which 10 years should be in IT Infrastructure Management Services (IMS).
Location: Chennai
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the overall business development of IT Infrastructure Management Services (IMS) business.
• To develop a robust business plan including strategy to achieve the quarter-on-quarter business targets.
• Should possess good interpersonal skills and maintain excellent CXO level market connect with the regional and national level in IMS business.
• Should have good knowledge of technology changes and competition.
• Create sales plans to sell into existing Company accounts and acquire new clients.
• Train the front-end sales teams on the services segment we offer.
• Put a robust system to generate sales funnel and convert them into orders. Should maintain adequate funnel at all times.
• Maintain hygiene in the Purchase Orders received i.e. no compromise on margins and payment collections.
• Should closely work with Delivery team and ensure commitments to customers are fulfilled.
• To share agreed MIS reports periodically
• Must be a good Communicator at all levels.
