Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify prospective clients through various leads and establish new business opportunities in the market.
- Conduct site visits and engage with clients to demonstrate the possible investments in auctioned properties.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets set by the company.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the industry trends and provide accurate market analysis to support sales decisions.
- Collaborate closely with the internal teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management, outlining achieved targets, challenges, and future plans.
- Network with clients and industry professionals to expand the brand presence and enhance business growth.
