Senior Client Executive - Logistics ( FEMALE CANDIDATES ONLY)

Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled individual who can take care of all client related activities pertaining to one of our renowned MNC clients. The key responsibility will be to coordinate internally and with client on all operational functions related to the client.

Responsibilities and Duties

· Complete Client coordination with the assigned POC on the client side

· Coordination with the office and port teams

· Extracting of tracking information for various shipments. For e.g. – status of shipment, ETA, Console manifestation, IGM updation

· Preparation of DSR

· Requesting shipping line/airline for payments

· Coordinating for DO collection

· Compiling of client related information. For e.g. – KYC documents, BIS details, WPC, FSSAI license, ADC etc.

· Should have proficient in ODEX software.

· Must have CHA Background and knowledge of LOGISYS is preferred.

Minimum Educational Qualification

Graduate

Work Experience Required

Minimum experience of 5+ yrs in a related field (logistics)
