- Responsible for revenue generation in terms of brokerage for the branch, to achieve the branch income and manage profitability of the branch

- Responsible to hire & manage a team of Relationship Managers and drive client acquisition & revenue targets

- Develop and maintain a long-term relationship with customers to maintain a high level of retention of the existing customer and also focus on generating new business through various products made available by the company



Candidate should have minimum 4-5 years experience as a Branch Manager in a Broking Company

Should have

  • P&L management of the branch
  • train and recruit team members


Salary between 8 - 12 LPA negotiable + incentives
